Hi, I’m Jacqueline,
a Nottingham based business and personal coach (with a North East accent) who has a passion for life. I’m a mum, a gran, a lover of learning and an absolute sucker for fashion. I’m an avid believer that age is just a number and that life holds many unexplored possibilities for fun, for learning and for connection.
My experience
In the past four decades I’ve worked in a variety of roles. All of which have led me here, to being someone who truly believes that as human beings, we are far more powerful and capable than we ever give ourselves credit for.
Over the years, I’ve had a successful career in empowering people to transform their lives and achieve their dreams. I’ve supported business owners to thrive in their new ventures, supported managers to work in a way to illicit the best from their team and spent the last ten years as a trainer, facilitator and coach to hundreds of consultants and managers across the UK.
My role was not only to impart knowledge, but to help them believe in themselves. To build their confidence, not only in their abilities, but in their decisions and their purpose. To create leaders.
I have a Foundation Degree in Person Centred Counselling, and in February 2022, completed the Barefoot ICF Accredited Coach Training. In addition, I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
My experience tells me that to achieve transformation; sometimes a change in mindset, the relationship between you and your coach is key. A relationship built on trust, that grows session by session enabling you to restore your faith in yourself. Restore your self worth, and to trust that your voice deserves to be heard.
My Approach
Coaching is a partnership. In the safe space that we create, you get time to step out of your busy life and focus on you. Remember that voice we said that matters? The one we all have in our head?
Everyday we navigate hundreds and thousands of thoughts, often focussing on the negative and the unhelpful, while trying to pinpoint which to follow as we move through our lives. Thing is, when we do this exploration alone, it can be like a single torchlight searching in the dark. When you work with me, you get the opportunity to illuminate so much more of your potential. To shine a light on your strengths and enable profound change, restoring your trust in you.
